ACSEF Abstract Format & Submission Page
Directions:
An Abstract is REQUIRED FOR ALL projects.
One abstract per project (TEAMS submit only one).
It is due via online submission by Sunday March 3, 2013.

Abstracts are written AFTER experimentation AND after the entire lab report has been written. DO NOT INCLUDE THE ABSTRACT IN YOUR APPLICATION PACKET.

Write your abstract following the Abstract Writing guidelines & samples http://www.acsef.org/sampleabstract.html

Be sure to SAVE the abstract in a word document because not only will you submit it online for the judges, but you will also place a copy in the front of your project binder at the science fair, one copy will be taped to the table at your display area & have 10 copies for the judges, media and public.

Abstracts DO NOT go onto the display board.

2. You will need the Project Category Number to submit your abstract. Locate that by logging onto ACSEF home page and scrolling to Check application status in the body of the home page.
3. Locate & COPY the Project # & Project Title
4. Submit your abstract - BE SURE your title matches that which you originally registered online
